It’s so easy to make and it can be customized with whatever fruit flavors YOU like!
1 box white cake, prepared 9×13 directions
1 box strawberry Jello – the smaller size
Cool whip & fresh strawberries.
Bake cake according to box, then cool.
Poke holes in cake with a fork or the handle of a smaller wooden spoon.
Prepare jello and while still warm, slowly poor over the cake. Refrigerate for a couple hours.
Spread Cool Whip over cake and top with fresh strawberries and serve
You can use your favorite jello flavor and can even use more than one. Just make sure to use the equivalent to 1 box ( 2 cups ) of prepared jello to each 9×13 cake. Mix colors for occasions/themes. Red & blue jello looks great for Memorial Day or Fourth of July parties. It’s a nice cool, refreshing dessert
